I should have been working on new displays for KITT, but I've been spending time on a secret project
This project begins with cutting up a funnel and filling it with resin

Drilling out the center
Then stacking rods, tubes and bottles
Is it looking familiar yet?

R2 be carefull where you put that!

Another round of leg glueing - we're a third of the way to half way!

It's a garden of clampsAfter the gang departed R2 got his real logic display

Soldering wires to all the 3mm LEDs

Tie the LEDs to flashers

stuff the whole works into R2's skull

Since we have so many legs to glue we created a jig for aligning the sections

adding screws for security and clamps the leg sections begin taking shape

Always use the right tool for the job!

It's a start more glueing to come!
